Diane earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Luke’s College in Kansas City. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and as President of the Student Nurses Association. Diane was selected as the 1995 Missouri Student Nurse of the Year. Diane received her MBA in Health Care Administration from William Woods University in 2009. Diane is also a graduate of the Nonprofit Services Center Academy of Women Executive Directors Class of 2010.Diane is a board member of the Missouri Council for In-Home Services and a member of Moberly Rotary International. Diane volunteers with Randolph County EXCEL and sits on the Columbia Public School Workforce Development Advisory Committee. Diane is a former President of the Missouri Council for In-Home Services, By-Laws Chair of the Northeast Missouri Workforce Investment Board, Board Member of the Moberly Rotary Club, Secretary of the Moberly Area Community College Allied Health Advisory Board, Randolph County EXCEL Board, and a member of the Moberly High School A+ Advisory Council. Diane has been employed with HomeCare of Mid-Missouri since 1998 serving in a variety of positions. Hired in 1998 as an Area Supervisor serving the Boone Territory, she soon became the Director of Nursing for the In-Home Services Program. In 2001, Diane served as the Director of the In-Home Services Program and then as the Assistant Administrator of the Agency in 2003. Diane has been serving the agency as the Executive Director since 2005.
Scott earned degrees in Management and Marketing from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. He received his MBA in Health Care Administration from William Woods University in 2004 Scott is a former President, Board member, Legislative Chair, and Standards Chair of the Missouri Council for In-Home Services. He also served as a Board member with the Missouri Alliance for Home Care. Scott is also former Agencies President for the United Way of Central Missouri and has served on the Finance Committee of the Jefferson City YMCA.Before coming to HomeCare of Mid-Missouri, Scott was the Executive Director of Homemaker Health Care in Jefferson City, MO for 8 ½ years. Scott has been the Financial Director of HomeCare of Mid-Missouri since 2010.
Linda started in the medical profession as an EMT-P, while working emergency medicine she attended MACC and completed the LPN program, she continued her education at MACC by obtaining her ADN. She earned her BSN from CMU a few years later.Linda’s career in Home Health began as a field nurse in 1999 just as the Oasis was being implemented and introduced to the Home Health industry. After a few months she gradually ventured into hospice. Within a year she was promoted into a supervisor position over the In-Home and Private Duty program. Six (6) months later she was transitions into the Home Health Supervisor position, short time later absorbing the hospice program along with the Private Duty and In-Home program. Eventually, was promoted into the Clinical Manager/Administrator position, taking a more active role into administrative/financial responsibilities. Administration is where she has worked for the last 15 years. Linda makes an ongoing show of support for the Home Health & Hospice industry by being an active member of MAHC, the state organization for home health, hospice, private duty and in-home services.
